Tribal school Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) defeated Sainik School 4-2 in the final via tie-breaker to win the 20th Kalinga Marine Bibekananda Memorial Bhubaneswar Inter-School Football Tournament, which concluded at Unit-6 High School ground in Bhubaneswar today.
Sainik School`s Aman Akash was adjudged the best goalkeeper of the tournament. His teammate SK Singh and Y Sanam Tuns won the best defender and best forward prizes respectively. Chaturananda Marandi and Samurai Marandi of KISS bagged the prizes as man of the tournament best mid-fielder respectively.
School and Mass Education Secretary Aparajita Sarangi handed over the trophy and prizes at the concluding ceremony.
